Membership Agreement

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Name)

This club shall be known as WARRIOR SGYM (hereinafter referred to as “the Club”).

Article 2 (Purpose)

The purpose of the Club is to promote the health of its members through sports activities, foster friendship among members, and contribute to the creation of a healthy and positive community within the local area.

Article 3 (Operation and Management)

The Club is operated and managed at 3-16-26 Halifax Building 3F, Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan.

Chapter 2: Membership

Article 4 (Membership System)

  • 1. The Club operates under a membership system. Upon enrollment, members shall enter into a contract under the membership category designated by each location and may use the facilities according to the scope of their membership.
  • 2. Membership contracts shall automatically renew until the member completes the prescribed withdrawal procedures set forth by the Company.

Article 5 (Membership Categories)

The membership categories of the Club are as follows. The requirements and scope of use for each category shall be separately determined by the Company.
In addition to the categories below, honorary memberships may be established.

  • 1. Individual Membership
  • 2. Corporate Membership

Article 6 (Eligibility for Membership)

Persons eligible for membership must agree with the purpose of the Club and accept these Terms and Conditions.
The Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or reject any application without obligation to disclose the reason.
Eligibility requirements are as follows:

  • 1. Must comply with these Terms and all rules of the Club.
  • 2. Must not be prohibited from exercising by a physician and must declare that there is no impediment to using the facilities.
  • 3. Must possess the character and social credibility appropriate for a Club member.
  • 4. Must not be affiliated with organized crime groups, crime-related enterprises, racketeers, or other similar anti-social forces, and must agree not to associate with such entities in the future.
  • 5. Must not be a habitual drug user.
  • 6. Must not have previously been expelled due to violation of Club rules.

*If, after admission, a member is found to have any association with anti-social forces, the member shall be immediately expelled and permanently prohibited from using the facilities.

Article 7 (Enrollment Procedure)

Applicants shall complete the prescribed enrollment procedures, obtain approval from the Club, and pay the required registration and membership fees to acquire membership status.

Article 8 (Minors)

A minor applying for membership must submit a joint application signed by both the applicant and their parent or legal guardian. The guardian shall bear joint responsibility for obligations under these Terms.

Article 9 (Registration Fees and Membership Fees)

  • 1. The amount, payment timing, and payment method of registration fees, membership fees, and other charges shall be determined by the Company.
  • 2. Registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • 3. The Company may revise fees as necessary due to operational needs or economic changes.

Article 10 (Withdrawal)

  • 1. Members wishing to withdraw must submit a notice of withdrawal by the 19th of each month and complete the required procedures.
  • 2. If membership fees remain unpaid for three (3) months or more, membership shall be deemed terminated.
  • 3. Any outstanding fees must be paid in full.

Article 11 (Expulsion)

The Club may expel a member if any of the following applies:

  • 1. Violation of these Terms or other Club rules.
  • 2. Damage to the Club’s reputation or disruption of order.
  • 3. Failure to pay fees after demand by the Club.
  • 4. False declaration at the time of application.
  • 5. Determination by the Company that the member is unsuitable.
  • 6. Discovery of affiliation with anti-social forces.

Article 12 (Termination by the Club)

If the Club determines that a member is unsuitable, it may unilaterally terminate the membership contract by paying the member an amount equivalent to two (2) months of membership fees.

Article 13 (Loss of Membership)

Membership shall be lost in the following cases:

  • 1. Voluntary withdrawal (upon proper notice).
  • 2. Expulsion.
  • 3. Termination under Article 12.
  • 4. Death of the member.
  • 5. Dissolution of a corporate member.
  • 6. Closure of the Club due to significant business reasons.

Article 14 (Temporary Suspension)

Members wishing to suspend membership must submit a notice by the 19th of the preceding month and complete the prescribed procedures.

Article 15 (Change of Membership Plan)

Members wishing to change membership categories must complete the required procedures by the 19th of the month preceding the desired change.

Article 16 (Notification of Changes)

  • 1. Members must promptly notify the Company of any changes to their address, contact information, or other application details.
  • 2. Notices from the Company shall be sent to the most recently registered address, and the Company shall bear no responsibility thereafter.

Article 17 (Visitors)

The Club may permit non-members (hereinafter “Visitors”) to use facilities when accompanied by a member or upon approval through prescribed procedures.
Visitors must present identification and pay the designated facility usage fee.

Article 18 (Liability)

  • 1. The Club shall not be responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings; members bear responsibility.
  • 2. The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred due to the member’s own fault. The same applies to Visitors.
  • 3. Members shall be responsible for damages caused to the Company or third parties. Corporate members shall bear responsibility for their registered users.
  • 4. Injuries, illness, or accidents (excluding fatal or major accidents) occurring during facility use are the responsibility of the member. If caused by the Company, liability shall be limited to JPY 150,000 unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  • 5. The Club shall bear no responsibility for disputes arising from photos or videos taken within the facility and published to third parties.

Article 19 (Lost and Unattended Property)

  • 1. Loss of property is the responsibility of the member unless caused by the Club, in which case liability is limited to JPY 150,000 except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  • 2. Forgotten or unattended items will be stored for one (1) month and then disposed of.

Article 20 (Amendments)

The Club may revise these Terms and related regulations when necessary.
Notice shall be posted in the facility and on the Company website at least one (1) month prior to implementation. Revised terms shall apply to all members.

Article 21 (Closure and Dissolution)

The Club may close or dissolve when deemed necessary. In such cases, prepaid fees for periods after closure shall be refunded. The Club will attempt to provide alternative facility access where possible.

  • 1. Renovation or repair of facilities
  • 2. Club-organized activities
  • 3. Natural disasters or force majeure
  • 4. Significant business reasons

Chapter 3: Facility Use

Article 22 (Compliance with Rules)

Members must comply with these Terms and other rules established by the Company.

Article 23 (Health Management)

Members and Visitors are responsible for managing their own health.

Article 24 (Refusal of Entry / Removal)

The Company may deny entry or require departure if a person:

  • 1. Has a contagious disease
  • 2. Is deemed unfit for exercise
  • 3. Is intoxicated or drinks/smokes inside the facility
  • 4. Brings hazardous materials
  • 5. Engages in violence, intimidation, harassment, or stalking
  • 6. Commits indecent or immoral acts
  • 7. Conducts unauthorized business or solicitation
  • 8. Obstructs staff duties
  • 9. Interferes with others’ facility use
  • 10. Provides false information
  • 11. Films without permission or captures other members/staff
  • 12. Uses tripods, lighting equipment, or obstructs pathways during filming
  • 13. Excessively exposes tattoos deemed intimidating and refuses staff instructions
  • 14. Engages in similar inappropriate conduct

Article 25 (Temporary Closure)

The Club may designate regular holidays or temporarily close due to maintenance or unavoidable circumstances. Notice shall be posted in advance.

Article 25 (Filming Policy)

  • 1. Photography and video recording are permitted.
  • 2. Members must prioritize the privacy of others and avoid capturing them.
  • 3. The Club bears no responsibility for disputes arising from posted content.
  • 4. Commercial or profit-oriented filming requires prior written permission.

Article 27 (Tattoo Policy)

  • 1. The existence of tattoos alone does not restrict facility use.
  • 2. However, if deemed intimidating by the facility, covering (e.g., rash guards) may be required.
  • 3. Failure to comply may result in removal or expulsion.

Article 28 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)

  • 1. Members represent and warrant that they are not affiliated with anti-social forces.
  • 2. Members agree not to associate with such entities in the future.
  • 3. Violation shall result in immediate expulsion without prior notice.
